We would start by consulting the urban regulations where we would see the urban qualification of the area and, specifically, its plot, buildable typology, buildability, regulatory heights and occupancy.

Next, we would consult in parallel the general and specific regulations of the area to know what can be built and how it can be built and once the necessary checks have been made, we would keep in mind various conditions that the plot must meet so that it is as suitable as possible to be able to build your home.
